+ FREIGHT POLICY

Shipping and handling charges vary on all orders; contact CraftMaster Stainless for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials. For customer’s protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the customer’s credit card. In some circumstances, international shipping may be available. Call for details.

Credit card charges are processed online after ordering the products and/or services.

+ RETURN POLICY

All returns will require a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA must be obtained by contacting a customer service representative from CraftMaster Stainless. (See contacts below) All returns sent to CraftMaster Stainless MUST include your RMA number and contact information. All returns for refund/exchange must be in original condition and unused. All exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom orders and/or Special Orders have to be cancelled within a 48 hour period from time of order.

+ WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

We want to take care of our customers. If we can’t do that there is no reason for us to be in business. Knowing every situation is unique we encourage you to call or email us first to find a solution that truly takes care of you. All Fermentation and Brite Tanks are warranteed against faults in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance for 10 years from the original date of purchase. Electrical components will hold a 1 year warranty against faults in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. CraftMaster Stainless will repair or replace your product at no charge if found to be defective during the warranty period due to a manufacturing fault. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, customer alterations and incorrect installation. Because of the wide variety of our products, the effectiveness, warranty and longevity of this equipment are directly related to the manner in which it is installed, used and/or maintained. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these products is with the purchaser. If you are unsure of what you are doing, please leave mechanical or safety critical work to a skilled technician. We take no responsibility for how CraftMaster Stainless products are installed or maintained. This warranty is non-transferable. CraftMaster Stainless obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts only, at CraftMaster Stainless discretion. Any costs associated with removal, installation, reinstallation, shipping charges, and incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Additional exclusions include product finish, damaged due to improperly installed products, damage due to abuse or neglect, products that have unauthorized modifications or alterations, products damage due to accidents or other abnormal, excessive or improper use, and other wear items.
